Read-A-Thon Update - 2/26/24 We have 29 student pages that have been created, 238 minutes of student reading has been logged and received $555.00 in donations. Great job Bobcats! It's not too late to sign your child up. A reminder sheet with the information is coming home with your child today. Grandparents are a huge part of our children's lives, and they can be a fantastic support in reaching those reading goals. During our Read-A-Thon, they can help encourage your child by donating to your child's reading goal. Students who ride Bus 324 will be picked up by Bus 72 this morning. The bus is on schedule.

We kicked off our annual school wide Read-A-Thon today. Between today - March 11, we are asking our families to create their child's Read-A-Thon page so they can track the minutes they read daily. Once the page is created, you can ask family and friends to support your child by making donations. Students will receive Rat Bucks at the conclusion of the Read-A-Thon that they can spend in the prize store. BES does receive a portion of the donations. Benvenue Elementary School is hosting the Bobcat Bazaar on Saturday, 4/20/24 from 8am - 2pm as a fundraiser for our school. We will have vendor and yard sale spaces and food trucks. This is a community event that is open to the public. Cost and guidelines are on the attached form. BES had our last All Pro Dads' session for the year. It was a huge success. Thank you to all who were able to attend! A special thanks to Mr. Johnson and the Parent Engagement Committee for facilitating this event. Muffins for Mom's will be in May!

Bus 324 does not have an afternoon driver on Tuesday, 2/20. Please make arrangements to pick your child up from school. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Tuesday, 2/20 is our last All Pro Dads for this school year.. This event is from 7:20 am - 8:00 am. Please report directly to the cafeteria with your child(ren). Creativity is the topic that will be discussed. Please avoid blocking the carline when parking. We look forward to seeing our dads in the morning.
